Dr. Brit E. Bowers
Dr. Brit E. Bowers is a very unique pediatric dentist. With his kid-oriented approach, he gets children genuinely excited about their dental care. You will find that his warm personality and fun teaching style help children to develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
With a Bachelor’s Degree and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Dr. Bowers is very proud to be a Tennessee Volunteer. He continued his higher education in Memphis and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and an additional 2 year Pediatric Dentistry degree from the University of Tennessee-Memphis.
Dr. Bowers is proud to call the Tri-Cities his home. He was raised in Bristol and currently resides in Johnson City with his wife Tracy and their two children Will and Grace.
Dr. Bowers is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Laurel Bateman
We are excited to introduce Dr. Laurel Bateman as the newest member of our Pediatric Dentistry team! Dr. Bateman is a native of Jackson, Tennessee. She has a B.S. in Biology from Lambuth University and a D.D.S. from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN, where she graduated in the top 5 of her class.
Dr. Bateman earned a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, which is ranked the third best children’s hospital in the country in 2016 from the U.S. News and World Report. She is also a candidate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Bateman is married to Jake Bateman of Kingsport, TN, and is happy to make East Tennessee her home!
